UBinary was founded in 2011 and although based in London (address below) they are governed and incorporated by the laws of Belize. Ubinary are operated by PPT Capital Ltd is also a binary options broker, offering traders a choice of options in stocks, indices, commodities and currencies. Ubinary is an unregulated broker awaiting for CySEC regulation. The broker offers five accounts micro, mini, standard, gold and platinum.
Warnings received by regulatory bodies:
On January 21, 2014: AMF in France warns against UBinary.com for unauthorized activities.
On 27 July 2016: FINMA in Switzerland issues a public warning against the ubinary broker.
On 9 March 2015: CSA in Canada issues an investor alert on unregistered binary options brokers which includes UBinary.com
France’s financial market regulator, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), published a notice stating that they are not and authentic broker.
According to the sources, UBinary has been operating and even been charged for being a fraudulent company and are to be considered shut down. Complaints range from clients’ funds being used without approval and withdrawal requests being ignored and funds being ‘lost’
In 2017, it was reported by the traders that UBinary has been running a scam. According to press reports the people in charge of UBinary have been arrested for tax fraud after they were discovered using shell companies in Scotland to hide money.
On 11/07/2014 the company ubinary.com received a warning from the Belgian FSMA.
